Contest Terms and Conditions:The Wave Insurance Contest ("AirPods Giveaway") is open from November 11, 2024, at 9:30am ET to December 11, 2024, at 8:00pm ET. To enter, participants can submit their information and get a coverage comparison from WAVE through the designated landing page. Each eligible coverage comparison request will count as four (4) entries in the Contest.Participants can also earn additional entries by visiting our Instagram account and following the entry details (liking the post, following us, reposting to their story, and tagging two (2) friends) for an additional three (3) entries. No purchase is necessary to enter.Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Ontario, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wave Insurance and affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.Prize: One (1) pair of Apple AirPods will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winner from all eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash or prize substitution allowed, except at the sponsor’s discretion.Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing held on or around December 12, 2024. The selected entrant will be contacted via the email and or social media account provided and must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize. If the selected entrant does not respond within the timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.Conditions: By entering, participants agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that all decisions by Wave Insurance regarding the Contest are final. Wave Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, including but not limited to entries obtained through fraudulent means or other violations of the Contest rules.Privacy: Information collected in connection with the Contest will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
